Behavior Specialists / Registered Behavior Technicians
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our center, you will implement personalized ABA therapy programs to help children with autism and other developmental disabilities gain critical skills. Working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will provide direct 1:1 intervention based on the individualized treatment plans they develop.
Behavior Analysts
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will play a critical role in overseeing and directing individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Your core responsibilities will involve comprehensive behavioral assessments, development of function-based treatment interventions, ongoing data analysis, and collaboration with families and other professionals to enable your clients to succeed.
